For the first time, the Ministry of Justice took the imitative to propose a comprehensive ban on any kind of abuse of animals including forced mating or any kind of mental pressure on animals. This first step to respect the rights of animals was not possible without the concerns raised by Iranian public opinion. We welcome this initiative and look forward to its adoption.
